Technical Skill Set
- At least 5 years of experience in software engineering.
- In-depth expertise with Visual C++, MFC or ATL, Win32 SDK.
- Full SDLC background.
- Extensive GUI development experience.
- Exposure to Agile and Scrum.
- Computer Science Degree.
Interpersonal Skill Set
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively on multi-disciplinary teams.
- Extreme attention to detail and consistency.

Technical Skill Set
- At least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
- 2+ years in management, including offshore teams (required).
- End-end implementation of QA processes and procedures.
- Experience providing complete metrics driven QA reports.
- Full SDLC background with retail/consumer products.
- Exposure to Agile and Scrum.
- Experience with Test Driven Development.
- Computer Science Degree.
Interpersonal Skill Set
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong player-coach skills.
- Ability to be self-managing.

Technical Skill Set

Technical Skill Set
- Analyze and define business specifications, functional needs, business goals and schemes and orientations based on the client's needs and goals;
- Code, perform integration testing, debug and document web applications using C#, .NET, IIS and Visual Studio;
- Design and develop database and stored procedures for MS SQL Server;
- Develop and perform Unit Testing while delivering high quality projects to QA within the established timeframe; and
- Otherwise ensure the design and development of appropriate internet solutions for the company's clients in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
